Its head office sits in Sindhorn Tower 1, a short walk from BTS Chit Lom and Phloen Chit, and the brand also runs counters inside malls such as Siam Paragon, Emporium, and Mega Bangna.

The head office opens daily, 9am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends and public holidays, while mall branches follow their host building's hours. Travelers often report better rates here than at airport or street counters, though it's worth checking each branch's schedule before visiting.
